The different programs and interventions carried out in the NGO CASCO seek the social integration of people at risk of exclusion and diagnosed with HIV+, as well as the promotion and improvement of their quality of life. In order to determine the effectiveness of these resources to increase the quality of life of the users, the GENCAT Scale was used to evaluate the overall quality of life, as well as the dimensions that make it up, taking into account the possible influence of the age and nationality of the users. The results show that the use of individualized programs and foster homes has a significant impact on improving the quality of life. Furthermore, a significant relationship is found between the perception of a better quality of life and the age of the users, as well as their nationality.
